We stopped for a couple of days in Charleston, North Carolina and explored this interesting city. Not only did we tour the aircraft carrier Enterprise, we also squeezed in a Historical Pub Tour ... though we don't remember much from the educational tour.
Even though we only spent a few days in Charleston, we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the sites of the city. We traveled a little further north, and stopped in Georgetown, North Carolina to visit with Jerry Van Winkle for the weekend. Then, we made a quick stop in Norfolk before heading to Deltaville, Virginia via the Intra Coastal Waterway (ICW).
